About MyDriver

Built around safety.
Made for real relationships.

Founded by Tracy Hollis, whose experience as both a rideshare passenger and driver inspired a platform built with safety in mind. Black woman-owned. Starting in Atlanta.

My story · Tracy Hollis, founder

I’ve been on both sides
of the ride.

I’ve experienced rideshare as a passenger and as a driver providing the service. I know what it feels like to feel unsafe on both ends.

That experience is why I created MyDriver. I wanted safety to be part of how the platform works—for the person taking the ride and the person providing it.

I built MyDriver with safety in mind and included screening and approval controls, communication tools, and ways to request familiar people through Ride Squad and Helper Circle.

MyDriver is built around safety, trust and familiarity, with consideration for both sides of every ride and errand.

Where we’re starting

Atlanta first.
A focused launch.

Our launch preparation focuses on rides, ready-order pickups, deliveries and shopping trips of up to 10 items. We’re reviewing the app, onboarding and operating processes before accepting paid jobs.

Medicaid-funded transportation and more specialized services are future possibilities requiring separate approvals. They are not currently offered as approved MyDriver services.
